President
Brad served as President of the Sarasota Manatee Roofing Contractors Association for the 2005- 2006 term, President of the Florida State Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association in 2012 and was on the Board of Directors for the National Roofing Contractors Association for the 2014-2017 term. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairman on the Board of the Executive Committee for the National Roofing Contractors Association.
He is a licensed Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida. CBC#1261167
Brad is an alumnus of Troy State University and a graduate from the University of Central Florida.

Steve was FRSA President in 2002-2003 and served on the Board of Directors of NRCA from 1999-2004, Chairing the Management Committee. He currently is Chairman of the America Red Cross, Southwest Florida Chapter, and serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity, Sarasota.

Jeffrey Bloch serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Sutter Roofing, a leading commercial roofing contractor in Florida. He joined the company as Controller in 2022 and was promoted to CFO in May 2024. With a strong background in financial management and strategic planning, Jeffrey plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial operations and contributing to its continued growth and success.
Prior to his tenure at Sutter Roofing, Jeffrey held senior finance positions at various construction firms, where he honed his expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. His experience in the construction industry has equipped him with a deep understanding of the financial intricacies unique to this sector.
Jeffrey earned his degree from the University of Florida and resides in Bradenton, Florida. His leadership and financial acumen are instrumental in driving Sutter Roofing's mission to deliver high-quality roofing solutions across the state.

Vice President of Operations
Joseph Buchanczenko is the Vice President of Operations at Sutter Roofing, one of Florida’s most respected and enduring commercial roofing contractors. He was promoted to this executive role in May 2024 after serving more than eight years as Director of Operations for the Tampa/St. Petersburg region — a role in which he led high-performing teams and oversaw the successful delivery of countless roofing projects across Central Florida.
With over three decades of roofing and construction experience, Joseph brings deep operational knowledge and leadership expertise to Sutter Roofing’s statewide operations. Before joining the company in 2016, he served as Branch Manager for both Progressive Roofing and CentiMark, managing major accounts and operational teams throughout Arizona, New Mexico, El Paso, and Florida.
Joseph’s hands-on leadership style, combined with his extensive field and management experience, ensures Sutter Roofing continues to deliver the precision, safety, and service excellence clients across Florida count on — from healthcare and education to industrial and government facilities.

Brandon Dennis
Vice President of Sales & Estimating
Brandon Dennis is the Vice President of Sales & Estimating at Sutter Roofing, where he leads estimating, preconstruction, and customer strategy across Florida. He was promoted to this role in May 2024 after nearly five years as Director of Sales & Estimating, during which he helped secure major projects and drive company growth.
With over 15 years of experience in commercial roofing and construction, Brandon has held leadership roles at Henson Robinson Company, XL Construction, and S.M. Wilson. He is a 2022 graduate of the National Roofing Contractors Association’s Future Executives Institute, a premier program for rising industry leaders.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with concentrations in Business Administration and Economics from Illinois State University. His leadership, technical expertise, and client-focused approach continue to elevate Sutter Roofing’s reputation for accuracy, integrity, and service.

Vice President of Service & Maintenance
Michael Black is the Vice President of Service & Maintenance at Sutter Roofing, one of the largest and most trusted commercial roofing contractors in Florida. He was promoted to this position in May 2024 after nearly a decade leading the company’s Service Division, where he oversaw all service operations across Sutter’s four statewide branches.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Michael brings unmatched expertise in roof repair, restoration, maintenance planning, and customer service. Prior to joining Sutter Roofing in 2010, he held leadership roles at RAMCON Roofing and Nu-Tec Roofing Contractors, managing service divisions, estimating, and project delivery for a broad range of commercial clients.
Michael is also deeply engaged in industry advocacy and education. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and is a two-time Past President of the West Coast Roofing Contractors Association (WCRCA), where he continues to advance best practices and support the development of Florida’s roofing workforce.
